The product initially only supports 2G internet connection, but HMD Global as the license holder of Nokia mobile phone brand has recently introduced a new version of Nokia 3310 which has been equipped with 3G internet connection.

Thus, the Nokia 3310 3G can now be used in more market areas, especially in developed countries like the United States that already do not have 2G network.

"With 3G connectivity, you will always be connected to everything that is meaningful, good news, favorite blogs, and Facebook and Twitter," called Nokia in a post containing the announcement of Nokia 3310 3G.

In addition to additional high-speed internet connections, other specifications of Nokia 3310 3G remain the same as the Nokia 3310 2G version.

This feature phone still carries a 2.4 inch color screen (320 x 240 pixels), with 64 MB storage and micro-SD support up to 32 GB.

There is also a 1200 mAh battery that is claimed to provide up to 24 hours standby time, FM radio, and 2 megapixel camera with LED flash on the back. Until now the price of Nokia 3310 3G has not been disclosed.
